Pupil safety is my main priority. Driving is a skill for life and passing the test is just the first part of your driving education.
I am based in Chester and cover most CH postcodes. I can pick you up from
home, work, school/college. All lessons are on a one 2 one basis and
records are kept of your progress.

PROVISIONAL LICENCE HOLDERS:
I will tailor your lessons to your needs whether you
want to learn quickly and are committed to putting in the work required
to do that safely, or whether you just want a lesson a week until you
are confident to take the test (although this could take you considerably longer).
You will learn all the manoeuvres required for the test as well as learning to drive on
a variety of roads, including test routes, following the Driving Standards Agency's syllabus.
It's important to study for your theory test as soon as possible because it will help with your driving and you need to have passed this before taking the practical exam. If you need any help with this then just contact me! (Also see information on the 'News' page about eDriving Solutions)
Although I am a qualified teacher, you won't feel like you're back at school. You have chosen to learn to drive and are therefore mature enough to take that responsibility (I hope). I try to make my lessons fun so that pupils learn quicker because they don't feel so tense and it makes my job more enjoyable!
I'll fully prepare you for
the test including explaining the marking system and what is the
required standard of driving. You will have mock tests and practise the safety
questions as your test date gets closer.
*Don't be taken in by instructors or schools offering cheap lessons/packages - there's always a catch and you could end up taking far
longer to pass therefore forking out a lot more hard earned cash!*
Driving should be safe and enjoyable. It could be your road to freedom, no more relying on lifts, public transport or taxis!
FULL LICENCE HOLDERS:
I also offer lessons for those of you who have already passed your test and need some extra sessions as a refresher or to build your confidence. These can include motorway driving and parking.
I am registered to teach Pass Plus which is a 6 hour (min) training course specifically aimed at new drivers,
designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with the help of
insurers and the driving instruction industry. Pass Plus will build
upon your existing skills and knowledge, it will teach you how to
anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, and can help
you to become more confident on the roads.
Most major insurance companies support the Pass Plus course. Many
offer discounts of 30% on the first insurance policy taken out by the

Lessons are arranged at mutually convenient times
7 days a week.

All provisional licence holders lessons are taken in 'Fifi' a Fiesta Style Climate, manual petrol car, with air conditioning and fitted with He-Man dual controls
(for your safety and my sanity!!)
Full licence holders may use their own car by agreement once I have assessed your driving in my car, feel that your vehicle is safe for teaching use & have seen proof of valid insurance cover & MOT.
